🟣 Are there any design requests you don't support?
Absolutely. SoftoDesign does not cover the
following design
work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document
design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive
print design (magazines, books, etc.).
🟣 Can I ask for a refund?
Currently SoftoDesign does not offer any Refunds
and will not
in future. But you can always pause or cancel your
subscription.
🟣 What is the turnaround time?
On average, most requests are completed in just 2/3
days or
less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
🟣How many requests can I have?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design
requests
to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by
one.
🟣Do you offer a Free
Trial/Project?
We do offer one free project before trying out. But
for now
our trial spots are full and we are not providing any. But
spots will reopen very soon.
🟣 How do I request/ What happens after I
Subscribe?
After Subscribed you will receive an welcome e-mail
with all
the details inside. We will guide you the rest from
there.
🟣 When will I get charged?
You will be charged per month the same amount. The
same way
you bought the subscription.
🟣 What payment methods do you support?
We Support Payoneer, Xoom, Remitly, Direct

designer?
Hiring a full-time senior designer can be

annual salaries surpassing $100,000, not to mention
additional benefits. Moreover, finding an available
candidate can be quite challenging. Another potential issue
is the fluctuating workload; there may be periods when there
isn’t enough work to justify full-time employment, yet
you’re still obligated to pay for their downtime.
Opting for a monthly subscription model offers flexibility. You have the freedom to activate or deactivate your subscription based on your project needs, ensuring that you only incur costs when there’s actual work to be assigned to your designer

We are not signing any contract. Its just a
simple monthly
payment system.
🟣 Working days/Off Days?
We are available the whole week except
"Friday,
Saturday". We are not available in National Holiday's. We
are also not Available in EID, Ramadan and other Islamic
days.
