The rules of the SoftoDesign platform

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, adding listings, or using any part of SoftoDesign, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your founder profile or listing.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and account activity.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.

3. Listings & content

• You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to display it on SoftoDesign.
• You agree that your listings and reviews are truthful, respectful, and compliant with applicable laws.
• We may edit or remove content that is misleading, offensive, or violates these terms.

4. Acceptable use

• No scraping, spamming, or interfering with the platform’s functionality.
• No unauthorized access attempts or exploitation of vulnerabilities.
• Respect other users—do not post defamatory, abusive, or harmful content or attempt to collect their data without consent.

5. Payments & subscriptions

Featured listings, verification, or other paid features are billed through our payment partners. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

6. Disclaimer & limitations

SoftoDesign is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Some jurisdictions do not allow such exclusions, so the above may not apply to you.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes.
